The first name to be emblazoned on the strips was Grahams Buses a local bus company that served the Paisley
area. Their sponsorship lasted for four season between 1983 and 1987. They were followed by Clydeside Scottish, at the time one of
the main coach companies in the West of Scotland, who took over in time for the 1987 Scottish Cup Final and remained until
1989. 1989-1992
saw Kelvin Homes, a building firm take over.

The next six years saw an association
with the motor trade with four different garages becoming main sponsors, Ingram Volkswagen (1992-93), Clanford Ford (1993-95),
Phoenix Honda (1995-97) and Phoenix Mitsubishi (1997-98).
1998-99 saw return to the bus
industry with Arriva Scotland who are part of one of the main bus, coach and train operators in the UK. Ironically they were
to buy out previous sponsors Clydeside!
For the 1999-2000 season Saints
went international with Malaysian manufacturing company Cetco displayed on the shirts.

As we entered the new millennium Saints signed a deal with one of the most popular Van companies LDV. Their
sponsorship ran from 2000-01 to 2002-03. For 2003-04 the club returned to the motor trade with Phoenix Car Company becoming shirt sponsors for two seasons.
In a break with tradition, the sponsorship was shared between two franchises, with the home tops displaying Phoenix Kia and
the away tops Phoenix Suzuki. At the start of season 2005-06, Saints pulled off a great deal when they linked up with Braehead Shopping Centre,
one of the countries biggest retail centres. As we started season 2009-10 Braehead overtook Grahams Buses record of four seasons as shirt sponsors. Season
2010-11 saw Braehead enter a sixth season as main sponsors, but, in a new move for Saints, they had a second shirt sponsorship
deal, with local cab company, Compass Private Hire paying for their name to appear on the back of the shirts and on the shorts.

For season 2010-11 a special charity sponsorship deal
was set up with both Braehead and Compass waiving their rights for their logo to appear on a special third strip produced
for matches against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park. The front of the shirts displayed the Radio Clyde Cash for Kids logo and the
back displayed Kan-Do - Scottish Project.
2011-12 saw another season of Braehead sponsorship, but only on the away
top with sportswear firm Fila sponsoring the home tops.
