Denis Lawson's footballing career began
in the Army during the first world war before he joined Kilsyth Emmet after
leaving the Army. He joined St.Mirren in 1920 and quickly established
himself in the first team with his electric pace. A right winger, he was an
accurate crosser of the ball and was to set up many goal scoring opportunities
for the central strikers. | ||||||||||||
